The seventh academic children’s hospital in a row where Gilat Foundation gets to provide monthly interactive theatre.
On Wednesday 22 June, the time had come! Amalia Children’s Hospital officially opened its doors to Gilat theatre. During this first Gilat performance, the sick children enjoyed the comic duo ‘De Nuffe Tantes’ with parents, brothers and sisters. With this, the Gilat Foundation brings various acts to this Nijmegen hospital every month to allow families to relax and laugh during the most difficult period of their lives. The RadboudUmc, Amalia Children’s Hospital in Nijmegen is the seventh academic children’s hospital in a row where Stichting Gilat can provide interactive theatre. “It is great that we can now perform in this region of our country too. When you are sick, enjoyable breaks are necessary. Every child deserves that,” said chairman Jaïr Eisenmann.
